My sister got robocalls from Ventura County and her daughter's school (Simi Valley). 153 people died last year. The system is better now, but preventative power shutoff was always expected. Warning is NWS, not @PGE4Me.

In ElDo county, ******* Pines is now dark with an overnight low of 37. (Gas heating uses electric thermostats.)
