We get a notification for outages with approximately the number of households affected. And then periodic updates (e.g. repair crew on scene, estimated time to power being restored, etc.)

So many outages there because cars smashed into poles on the 156 corridor. My husband and I think power was knocked out well over 150 times in the 10 years we owned the property!!
