Just want to add my voice to those who say @PGE4Me is not. After being w/o power for 2 hours now and watching the past couple of years of fires , I can’t believe we’re still relying on this vulnerable - and apparently unreliable - 20th century transmission in the 21st century.

The quality of basic utilities in San Francisco is beyond abysmal. I often joke, it's like we're in Venezuela. Power goes out, internet interruptions almost monthly. No options. Just @PGE4Me and @comcastbusiness. We're the tech capital of the world. @garrytan how do we fix it?
