There is actually higher fire danger & environmental impact from generators running around the county. There also increased traffic driving to Santa Cruz for gas for generators. Turn the power back on.

You need to hike our rates again because you don't have resources to even communicate to your customers? No other company gets away with this sort of behavior. This MONOPOLY is a disservice to California.
