Aaron Gill (@agillatc) reported from Kentfield, California@MattBobman @DariaMarie_O Also a con: you won’t know there’s danger because @PGE4Me will shut off power, including cell towers...
-
Matt Golden (@goldenmatt) reported from Tamalpais Valley, California@panamaredhat @Negawatt_Nate @RachelEGolden @PGE4Me @PoweredbyEBCE Panama, that's not how it works. We need to build load carefully so we can achieve a carbon free grid as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. More AC load doesn't help... A new winter heating peak is also challenging.
-
Paul Matsuda (@paulmatsuda) reported from Mill Valley, California@PGE4Me Basically you’re saying that your power grid can’t handle winds up to 20mph #publictakeover
-
Susan RoAne (@susanroane) reported from Larkspur, CaliforniaOur @PGE4Me power shutdown in Marin is in its 35th hour. There’s little wind. (The reason given) Hopefully fires in Sonoma will soon be contained.🤞
-
Ding (@dingliu) reported from San Rafael, California.@PGE4Me You ******* ******** in the upper management office. You shutdown the power while I am trying to get shit done, the 3rd ******* time within 12 hours #poweroutage #pgeshutoff

-
scotia626 (@scotia626) reported from Tamalpais Valley, California@GavinNewsom @LawrenceLeritz You also green lit cutting power, cable, cell service and internet for 2 million people this week with no regard for public safety. You’re the @PGE4Me whipping boy and failed your first leadership test by every measure.
-
Peer Schneider (@PeerIGN) reported from San Rafael, California@MokStarKiller @PGE4Me PG&E, our electricity provider in CA, didn’t modernize its infrastructure, and in conjunction with weak guidance/solutions from the State, got to a point where its equipment and power lines can spark wild fires. Amid high winds, they basically turned off NorCal as precaution.
-
scotia626 (@scotia626) reported from Tamalpais Valley, CaliforniaIt’s time to break up @PGE4Me @GavinNewsom To allow them to turn off power for millions of Californians with zero accountability other than “they say so” is the opposite of leadership. And people will die- in car crashes on dark roads, failed medical equipment. It’s on you.
-
anthony brown (@anthonybrown) reported from Sausalito, California@newtman @sprezzatourists @PGE4Me According to their website, this isn't a planned fire prevention outage.
-
Keith Pence (@keith_pence) reported from San Rafael, CaliforniaHow tf did @PGE4Me shut down power without any sort of warning to their customers ? What if someone was in the middle of a medical treatment ??
-
Kenny Stone (@swat671) reported from San Rafael, CaliforniaYay! Power just came back on! #psps #PGEshutoff #PGE @PGE4Me
-
Leigh Shevchik (@leighshev) reported from Larkspur, CaliforniaInstead of serving its customers, @PGE4Me is covering its behind by cutting off power to half the state. This is not being done to protect us. It’s to limit their liability, protect stockholder interest, and avoid payouts. Let them know their PR blitz is a joke.
-
Aaron Gill (@agillatc) reported from Kentfield, California@DABlHAVVKS @PGE4Me At this rate, just cancel power for the year
-
John Skinner (@jskinner_realty) reported from Fairfax, California@PGE4Me aaaaaaaannnnd our power is out in Fairfax, Ca, for the fourth time this month.
-
scotia626 (@scotia626) reported from Tamalpais Valley, CaliforniaAnyone who has an accident at home or on the today due to @PGE4Me “preemptive power outages” needs to sue them and @GavinNewsom who has displayed the opposite of leadership in allowing them to cut their risk by putting MILLIONS of individuals at risk.
-
Beks (@stargrlxo) reported from San Rafael, CaliforniaSATURDAYS PARTY BETTER NOT BE CANCELLED there’s too many people coming to it that I was looking forward to getting lit with😤 @PGE4Me ya estuvo suave bring the power backkkk
-
Matt Golden (@goldenmatt) reported from Tamalpais Valley, California@panamaredhat @Negawatt_Nate @RachelEGolden @PGE4Me @PoweredbyEBCE Heat pumps are not a religion. They are an important part of a well balanced grid. And I'm sorry. More AC load as a by-product of heat pumps is not a good thing. Which doesn't mean heat pumps are a bad thing. Let's just use complete math so we make smart policies that work.
-
Elliott (@Vanilliott) reported from San Rafael, California@PGE4Me @NWS it is 44 degrees out and no wind. Turn my f*cking power on.

Candace Combs (@ckatcombs) reportedPlease help @sfstandard @sfchronicle with @PGE4Me who has stolen 💰from me & will not return the 💰I had one of their employees who checked on my meter at my house said NO WAY that my bill went from 11/26 $146 12/26 $415 11/26 $146 & then 1/26 $1073 2/26 $819. This makes NO SENSE
-
Bubbba Buffett (@DickBuffett) reported@PGE4Me hiring llc companies to do your tree work increases your liability since they have limited liability. @CAgovernor as a utility, why are they allowed to do that? Presumably their job is maintaining the grid.
-
melissa (@melinskers) reportedmy power is out and all the food my dad made me to eat this week while i'm unable to cook for myself is going to go bad @PGE4Me i HATE you

-
ThatOnePerson (@MSmellygoose) reported@GovPressOffice That is bull **** how much does Edison & @PGE4Me donate to you? What about @IBEW
-
🥀 Rose (@AnEclecticRose) reported@StanleyRoberts @PGE4Me Part of the problem is the clean energy thing is a scam. It all still comes from PG&E. It’s their infrastructure. It’s all the same. Just adds to your bill.
-
Katie 🐳👽 (@phalanges1121) reportedI signed up for the care program from @PGE4Me which is supposed to help lower the bill. I guess I don’t know the definition of “lower” since when I got my new bill it was $20 more…
