    Hey @PGE4Me it is completely unacceptable that your automated response for the last 12 hours has said will give estimated time of repair in 4 hours. Especially since ours is down from a tree you marked months ago as a problem to take down. WTF? 30 hours out and no estimate?!

    @PGE4Me I don’t understand why the planned outage stops just six small blocks short of all of Montara. Please just shut it all off for us outside the map. It’s not worth the risk to keep a few houses lit.

    Power finally came back on. Having lived in Texas where it is over 100F each day of summer, and there are no power outages due to heatwaves... I have to say that @PGE4Me can do better than this.

    OMG @PGE4Me is a MONOPOLY & really doesn’t care abt it’s customers. They charged me over $1k for gas in my small house on 1/26 & then $819 on 2/26. I’ve called for 3 mths with no resolution ONLY to be told that I need to cancel autopay so #PGE doesn’t steal any more of my money.
