We received no notification at all about these outages and we were not able to prepare ourselves or our home. Now most of the food in our fridge is spoiled. Y’all owe us some 💰

We submitted a claim for $300. The rep called and said we’d get $200. Found out everyone got $200 for inconvenience. That is so messed up.

I’ve called for 3 mths with no resolution ONLY to be told that I need to cancel autopay so #PGE doesn’t steal any more of my money.
