    24hours... And I'm still without power, cold, running out of battery life, hundreds of dollars of food ruined in my fridge that cannot be replaced because I can't afford it... @oncor wtf I have yet to have an estimated restoration time for over 24 hours....

    @oncor totally unacceptable to have another power outage when there isn't any weather related issues. Constant power outages in Pflugerville in the last 4 months.

    @oncor The area circled in red. Always the last to get restored, Southlake, Grapevine Colleyville, Keller all down to single digits. So explain how certain areas dont get special treatment

    @oncor You sent a text saying “We've identified additional repairs are required. Power is now estimated to return 02/16 11:00 PM 3410 pebble beach in farmers branch. The poles are down right by my house all day. No one is working on them.

    Hey @oncor our power goes out for a day or more every time the wind blows, maybe a good idea to examine if a new setup is necessary? Just an idea.
