@oncor We and 14 other houses on our block have been without power for 4 days. Not on and off power, continuously no power for 4 days. Your MyOncor app sent us a message last night that our power had been restored. It wasn’t, and still has not been restored. 4 days no electricity

@oncor @ERCOT_ISO 24 hours and no power still. My grandparents live with us. Had I known we wouldn’t have power for more than 24 hours we would have tried to find someone to stay. All the layers and blankets and can’t get my body warm and struggle to breathe with this cold air.

  • stina_mendez
kristina mendez (@stina_mendez) reported from Crowley, Texas

@oncor @ERCOT_ISO it’s been 36 hours and no power. Again my grandparents live with us. At this point I don’t care what happens to me cause I’m over this bullshit but I need my grandparents to be okay and warm.

@oncor @ERCOT_ISO It’s been hours. Some of us since 2am and still no power. My grandparents live here. I know we are not the only ones in my town either. Just say it already we are on our own and only the strong will survive this.

Is it a crime to turn the power off at businesses that are closed but still have everything on? @stevanzetti @ERCOT_ISO @oncor

  • veznkomo

OMG @GovAbbott what criteria is being used for rolling blackouts? We have only had power for 2 hours in 24 in the Mansfield area. Other places like Frisco were only down for less than 2 hours. #ERCOT @reliantenergy @oncor

@J_B_Lane @oncor @ERCOT_ISO Don’t spread dumb lies that stir up unneeded strife. I live in HP and we’ve been out since this all started. They don’t even care that we have a medically dependent child. Everyone on my street has been the same way. Your friend prob just happens to luckily be in a special zone.

  • stina_mendez
kristina mendez (@stina_mendez) reported from Crowley, Texas

@oncor @ERCOT_ISO it’s been over 24 hours without power. My grandparents live with us. All the layering, mask, hats and blankets and yet we are still freezing. My mother has developed a cough and runny nose now I have just a runny nose. Idk how much more we can take.

@grandecom learn something from @oncor. I called earlier tonight and had to go through hoops just for your system to tell me that there was an outage. Yes I knew that. I call Oncor, that’s the first they tell me, no hoops. Fix your system, please.

Not a cloud in the sky, no wind and what do we get? ...another random @oncor power outage in Grapevine. One of about 10 we've average per year in our neighborhood over past 20 years. Never any explanation. Like living in third-world here.

@oncor Y’all are not providing updates yall just keep changing the time. Crazy to not have power with a freeze warning.

@oncor I have lived in TN,MN,WA and now TX (78660)...never have I ever experienced 9 outages within about a years time (including right now). If Texans were smart, we'd figure out how to file a class action lawsuit against you. I pay $500 +/- for electric when it works. You suck.

  • lowroda
    David Lowther (@lowroda) reported

It's shocking, regardless of where I move in TX, if it starts raining @oncor cannot keep the power on. It's literally only raining. Too hot? Power off. Rain or snow? Yup....power off. Someone farts too hard? Power off indefinitely. Can't keep the power on in any condition.
