    @That1975Bush @GCEC It's not GCEC. ERCOT is a govt entity without checks and balances and they took our power to help with the people signed up with Oncor. GCEC was fine but ERCOT forced us to give our saved energy to people who didn't plan properly. **** ERCOT.

    @GCEC All Oncor customers across the street from our house have had power nearly this entire time in Fairview. Happens every storm.

    @GCEC @Nich_Powell The software is not randomly picking—it is consistently picking the same houses and areas, and excluding others. GCEC customers in Prosper had zero outage today, but my neighbors & I have experienced numerous outages including one for 5.5 hours. Spread the outages around please.

    @GCEC Our power has been out since 12.20 am last night. This storm is not as bad as last Feb. no reason for to be out this long. Just called - Can not even get any ETA. I am hearing from folks on my street we may not have power restored till Sunday.

    @learjt60 @GCEC I agree. One of My neighbor assumption as he saw some blue light in the sky for power line being down or something. Really hope they can restore much sooner. It must be pretty bad for power to be out this long. We are still out going into 16 hrs now without power.

    @GCEC I’m confused how some a street over have had power continuously and we’ve barely had an hour combined in 24 hours. This is ridiculous.

    @GCEC We have been patient but we started with 20 continuous minutes of power with typically 40 minutes and now less than 15min...Other areas are not having any of these outages... this is not fair if you balance all areas, get more time for Morgan Crossing 75002 Allen, TX

    @GCEC There are always problems in 75069 . The further you are from van alystene the worse the service.

    @GCEC - McKinney's electricity has been out since 10am. Thought rolling blackouts lasted 45min to 1hr. We r hitting 2hr spot. Any update? Has an outage schedule been published yet? Uderstand the situation, but you Must Have done emergency/disaster planning??? #Loadshedding
