    @GCEC We have been patient but we started with 20 continuous minutes of power with typically 40 minutes and now less than 15min...Other areas are not having any of these outages... this is not fair if you balance all areas get more time for Morgan Crossing 75002 Allen, TX

    @GCEC Your rates won't increase because you have taken on too many new customers. This is the reason the reliability and customer service is so bad

    @GCEC I’m confused how some a street over have had power continuously and we’ve barely had an hour combined in 24 hours. This is ridiculous.

    @GCEC Thank you for the response. I understand avoiding hospitals etc. But it seems like something is wrong when I look at the outage map and see zero outage in Plano, Frisco, or Prosper, yet we are down 44 times in 48 hours. Are you saying you cannot spread the outages around further?

    @GCEC @AmandasA_Texan It's government orders but itll be random houses and no outage should last more than thirty minutes and will only get cut off when demand hits capacity. none of that is true minus government orders. Yall screwed this up and are trying to blame ERCOt which shows we arent at cap

    Granted, we’re in a much better situation than many, but this 15 on, 45-60 off electric game is getting REALLY old. I feel awful for those who haven’t even gotten that much relief the past couple days! Please @ERCOT_ISO, @GCEC tell us this nonsense is almost over!

    @GCEC It’s a whole another day and your still turning my power off and leaving it on for 10 min when I have ppl on the street behind me who haven’t lost power AT ALL yesterday but my house gets picked on? Gonna have to look at other options.

    @GCEC Yeah but ... some people never lost power in your area and they live less than a 1/4 mile away from those who did. No hospitals, just houses so this rolling crap only rolled to some not all. Explain that?

    @GCEC I live in blue ridge and the wind has cause our power to surge on an off twice now. I work from home on $50,000 worth of equipment. I’ve replaced two ovens and my ac unit because everytime it rains my power goes out. RIDICULOUS! I wish I could choose a different company.

    @keepitwolfson @GCEC Yes they suck, I went out and drove around. There are trucks everywhere from Oncor and other. Saw about 15 parked in McKinney. companies from out of state. I found the 3 GCEC trucks. Not alot getting done. I'm not sure if you can foia a coop but I'm going to find out.

    Shoutout to @GCEC for quickly getting power back on. Crazy strong winds knocked out multiple power lines. Power was back on in less than 4 hours!

    @rmlawson4 @IDGAFNotSorry @GCEC It's my power company to and it's not an issue. Someone else had said they trusts GCEC and not ERCOT. I was pointing out to THEM, not YOU that the graphic came from ERCOT.

    @GCEC My sister has had 8-10 mins of power at a time with outages from 3-5 hours off at a time since Monday!! This is not a random blackout! Liars.
