I don't understand why you would turn off power in an area that had no problems. I WORK FROM HOME AND I NEED MY POWER BACK ON. SUNDAY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I’ve called 3 times to speak to a supervisor, and all I’m getting told is that because I was signed up with flat rate and transferred service ONE MONTH before it ended, I’m liable to pay the 1k or my service will be cut!
