  @Progressive Was in a verified not-at-fault accident on July 4. 30 days later, I have not been proactively contacted by Progressive about my vehicle which has been sitting at a body shop the entire time. Why am I chasing the adjuster? @Geico getting a call.

  Hey @GEICO since it's pretty clear that you guys don't care about customer service anymore, based on the constant 50, 60, and now 73 minute wait time. Maybe it would be a good idea to allow your existing customers to be able to retrieve a quote online, rather than us being forced to speak with someone. It's a pretty useful tool especially for those of us that are possibly looking to move, and want to get an idea what our insurance is going to change to. It is out of control that we have to wait over an hour on the phone just to get a quote. 😡

  @GEICO check your statements they added mechanical breakdown coverage without my knowledge on new car $216. Why would anyone buy this when new cars are covered by warranty? 30 years I was customer. They won't do anything to compensate for this... Such dishonesty.

  @NMT33m @ElijahSchaffer @GEICO I did that for the longest until it just didn’t work anymore. They want to commodotize as many ‘middlemen’ Occupations as possible to the Ai Matrix system. Made every other agent based option more expensive, all by design sadly.
