    So @GEICO just wanted to cancel my policy because I called the call center and ask for manger she was rude and when i said I’ll complain she just cancel my policy disappointed after 3 years staying with geico.

    @trashdnscattrd Talked to @GEICO claims today. Their well-trained rep expressed empathy and promptly resolved the issue. Gotta say I appreciate it.

    @GEICO I’ve been paying insurance for 2 years. After my accident, they assigned someone in California but nothing has been fixed for over a year. No answers. No follow-up. Just “we’ll call you back.” Meanwhile, my car is sitting and deteriorating. This is unacceptable.

    @harrisonre @GEICO They raised my rates so I switched away from them. Somehow $12 went unpaid to them I had no idea until they turned me over to a collection agency. For that reason, I will NEVER use Geico again. Even if I have to pay more.

    @progressive Well, when you partner with your monopoly company @safelite what exactly do you expect? Ghetto service and bad service overall. You are so welcome! I should have kept @GEICO...tick-tock going back. Had the same experience with Geico, a couple of years ago and it was awesome.

    With the rise in bank fraud and Americans loosing money while banks like @Truist deny legitimate fraud case, why are companies like @GEICO aloud to charge you more for not wanting to store your bank info IE auto pay? If I don’t want my bank info stored on your site, I shouldn’t

    My car insurance premiums with @GEICO went up 20% in just 6 month. That means 40% increase annually. Is US #inflation 4% or 40%? I have been with GEICO for 8 years with zero accidents and only one battery jump request! Hey @progressive. You guys doing the same to your customers?
