CallyJazz (@Callystarr) reportedHey @GEICO since it's pretty clear that you guys don't care about customer service anymore, based on the constant 50, 60, and now 73 minute wait time. Maybe it would be a good idea to allow your existing customers to be able to retrieve a quote online, rather than us being forced to speak with someone. It's a pretty useful tool especially for those of us that are possibly looking to move, and want to get an idea what our insurance is going to change to. It is out of control that we have to wait over an hour on the phone just to get a quote. 😡

I got in an accident and was told by the body shop it was mostly cosmetic, then got an email from Geico at 7pm on a Friday that my car was totaled?? Couldn’t reach the adjuster, the adjusters manager, or the salvage manager. NO Total Loss Valuation Report (which is NY law) Nothing. After trying for almost a week to find out what’s going on, I gave up and accepted the loss. I guess the adjuster did get that message. I had to pay out of pocket for the additional time on my rental car and asked Geico if they could refund me since it was due to the lack of response on their part. Guess what? No response.
