    @GCIAK I was told I was grandfathered in and they took that. Was told I would get a call back about it and never called me back. I was paying $99 for gci red and now I’m paying $179.00 so help. Also my phone isn’t working and I’m in Juneau.

    @pradeeban @GCIAK Can’t and shouldn’t be happening in Alaska. Alaskans need coverage everywhere. It’s too vast to be out-of-service

    @GCIAK is aware that customers are experiencing interruptions to wireless and internet service. The GCI team has identified a fiber break in north Anchorage as the source of the issue and teams are onsite and have already begun repairs. It’s expected to be restored by evening.

    @GCIAK Try bringing it 8 miles out of Fairbanks instead. It’s ridiculous that you laid fiber all the way up my road, but don’t provide service?

    With @GCIAK rolling back RCS support, there's a direct correlation they did it intentionally for the local police departments that are now heavily reliant on AI. APD already use dragnet deployments in on duty cars to middle man cell service to see all points of SMS communication

    @GCIAK What kind of assistance could you provide? I already call called 2 days ago and got a field tech. This seems to be a routing issue.
