  @GCIAK Gci is smoke. **** speeds because alaska is bfe and mountains. With so few ppl per capita our interest should be Hella fast. It's not. Waiting 2 seconds for a page load is still unacceptable.

  @GCIAK I was told I was grandfathered in and they took that. Was told I would get a call back about it and never called me back. I was paying $99 for gci red and now I’m paying $179.00 so help. Also my phone isn’t working and I’m in Juneau.

  All my internet services are rendered useless right now @GCIAK complete garbage. Except my TV somehow streams Netflix through wifi. My Xbox isn’t connected to a network even though it’s hooked up to an Ethernet cable. Not satisfied at all.

  @GCIAK 745PM -9PM every night our neighborhood has latency issues. At least 3 Technician visits and over a month of unstable internet and support is still asking to restart the modem instead of escalating to network engineers to address congestion for the area. do better GCI

  @GCIAK I strongly advise against using GCI internet. They claim you have unlimited internet, but they throttle it down to dial up after you use a certain amount. Fun fact, Having 2 gig internet will just get you there faster!

  Never seen this before: when the @GCIAK technician came to hook up my modem, he apparently decided that we no longer needed the length of coaxial cable we'd been given at my previous address, so he took half of it with him. We actually do need it. I'm dumbfounded.
