They target elderly citizens and people with Hispanic last names because they think if you are illegal you won't report it to the police. FPL isn't the best but it won't cut your service like that. Don't share personal info.

This is very important other wise they will deny you ever called. We lost our #home due to an #electrical #arcing #fire.

Online, "try again" later when entering SS# & again after entering Driver's license. And no utility has ever charged me a deposit. Embarassing.
