Later, I kicked myself b/c i have power line noise--AGAIN!-- and it would've been a good chance to see if the noise was gone. It would have given the @insideFPL guy a good starting point. He'll find it, anyway. He's good.

No # we try lets us to talk to a person. She is upset! Plz tell us how to talk to an actual agent! Chat kicks us off due to high volume.
