It appears the entire company has forgotten how to deliver packages and provide customer service. With Christmas coming up, I'm sure they'll only get worse.

When I had similar happen with Adidas all I needed was for FedEx to declare it missing (which was like a week process maybe less) they would issue a refund. But all they needed was FedEx to finish in their end. Was refunded in days. Oneness really ****** that up.

No knock/doorbell/delivery notice- I was there! Got email “We missed you”. Then they drop the package at a CVS 20 miles away!!! That’s 30 minutes with no traffic. #UPSsucks
