    @FedEx i called and they knocked off the the over size charges but what kind of horrible service is it to tell someone it’s gonna be 70 and can change depending on the wight but then turnaround and say because if the size we have to charge you as if it was a 170 pound package

    I need answers bc customer service certainly couldn’t help me Now all the items sold was over $50 so my dress which was $130 should’ve shipped thru FEdEx how irresponsible could @adidas be sending items thru shippers that don’t have a good reputation with delivery

    Dealing with USPS to deliver packages from Amazon is the worst let them stick to letters and the real delivery people like UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliver people's packages

    @FedEx Does it normally take 60 seconds to determine if someone isn’t home for there delivery? Also is normally the procedure to park down my street ( for wayyy over 60 seconds) after? I guess to login that I wasn’t home while I’m standing in front of it??

    @BoCamaro @audrawrongspeak It’s worth noting that the actual delivery drivers on the final door front delivery with FedEx are usually contract DSP (delivery service providers) employees and not direct FedEx employees. The company can however set expectations that these DSP contractors have to follow.
