  I am so sick and tired of having to go the local post office to retrieve my packages because we don't get packages delivery to our home. Every other agency, Amazon, UPS, FedEx and the like all manage with no problem! YOU SUCK! @USPS

  Waiting on an important FedEx package. Yesterday, driver buzzed the house while all were upstairs, no knock or doorbell. Missed delivery. Today, I wait by the window and work on a phone. Said early delivery, but already 10:30!

  @Ecnerwal23 What was the US Navy profit last year? Zero? It’s a service, for defense. Do police departments turn a profit? No? Fire Dept? No? The VA? No? Run the USPS like a biz—first, all the rural and small town PO’s will close. If there’s no FedEx, the PO won’t be there, either.

  @gecffmn God is always watching ... except for those billions of times He allows innocent people to die for no reason, especially kids. Apparently He has trouble seeing into FedEx trucks these days.

  @fedex is the worst. Wasted a whole day today waiting for delivery. They claim to have tried but were never even close. Now asking us to trust them on Monday. Signature required so screwed again. Making the post office look good

  @USPS when did you guys turn into FedEx? It was supposed to be delivered last Saturday, but I guess because Easter you didn’t work I wasn’t home Monday and you didn’t leave it. I had it rescheduled for today and you never bothered to show up. Absolutely terrible service.

  First and LAST time ever using @FedEx . Dropped off a package and they are telling me they have no idea where it is. $600 item gone, and im being told the most I can get back is maybe $100. Absolute joke!! What a horrible service! Never again!! Avoid using them!!

  @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?

  I was not properly informed in advance about these charges, yet I am the one being burdened with repeated notices. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far below the professional service I expected from FedEx.
