    @AmazonHelp The vendor is not responsive. @FedEx @FedExHelp said it was “empty” and classified it as “delivery failure”. At this point, I’d say a prompt refund is necessary.

    @FedExHelp @FedEx Two reschedules on a delivery and when I try to have it held at the station I'm told that they aren't accepting holds? What a crock. Doubt I'll get it before Thanksgiving. @USPS delivered two other packages on time with no issues. #fail

    @lrich1024 @FedEx Yeah HomeChef suggested I pause my deliveries... I was like “for how long?” They weren’t sure. So weird. Pretty sad. FedEx will be the death of @realhomechef . Good luck w/ kitchen remodel. 👍🏼

    7. Second found it - yippee! But yikes, look at the condition is was in! I was there for just over an hour. #FedEx, your employees are super nice, but you’ve got some process issues to work on!

    @FedExOffice @FedExHelp I was told by your employer that she was not going to help me because she wasn't going to stay LATE.I got to this location@7:48pm eastern time.The associate refuse to provide service.Where in fedex policy states refusing service before closing time

    @FedExHelp I was supposed to be getting a delivery which contained my passport and somehow FedEx gave an update that it was been delivered with someone signing for it. I never received the package. Can FedEx pls look into this?

    The eagle has landed! Thanks to Stephen, who took ownership of the problem and helped me out. I finally have the furniture! One of the two (out of 15) helpful FedEx employees I’ve dealt with in the last week

    @FedEx If my customer sent their shipment to the wrong address…is it possible to call on their behalf to reroute their package or does my customer have to be the one to contact your customer service team since they are the sender of that shipment?

    I ordered a sectional a few days ago w/out reading the fine print. A day before delivery I see that I have to assemble the sectional so I stopped the FedEx guy from taking it off the truck & requested return to shipper. Why did these jerks redeliver the sectional today?

    If you call @FedEx, @FedExHelp, and ask to speak to a customer service agent, their automated machine hangs up on you. Great customer service, @FedEx!
