Then to 12/24 and 12/26. Now, you sent shipping info to usps but not the item. The damn box has been in SLC since 12/20. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?! Ridiculous 🤬

And your agents on the phone have all given me different answers. I’ve called 3 different times about getting a package.

Then estimated delivery went to pending and hasn’t changed at all. Not a good look. Probably not using them again. 😡

If it’s a legitimate delivery it will be returned to the post office or FedEx or UPS, etc. Pick it up there.

Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help.
