It’s funny how amazon can’t even deliver their own packages to an amazon hub that is outside with detailed delivery instructions. @UPS & @FedEx have no problem delivering packages.

I, for one, wouldn’t consider it an attempt if you make zero effort to communicate with the person who’s signature is required. Not to mention this happening at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. Awful.

I was literally standing at my front door when I got a notification…no truck, no doorbell and no photo of my delivery. I don’t have this issue with UPS, Amazon, DHL or USPS.

The guy behind the counter says he needs my ID in order to send the package. I told him I don’t have my drivers license on me physically but I have my real ID on my phone. He says that won’t work. “I have to be able to hold the physical card in my hand,” he says. So… I went down the street to UPS and sent the package without any issues at all. They didn’t even ask me for ID. Just my phone number. Why does FedEx want to make it so difficult to do business with them?
