  @EricMertz_KC I mean, what did people think was gonna happen when they took over their own shipping and delivery? I cry a little every time I see an Amazon truck. There was nothing wrong with UPS/FedEx/USPS, but Amazon knew it could squeeze out another drop of profit by abusing drivers.

  Some people understand customer service. I yelled at Lowe’s last week b/c my Xmas tree order was delayed & they couldn’t give an ETA. Canceled order. Today National Tree Co delivered TWO trees to my house via FedEx. I already bought a cheap second hand tree & now I have 2 more!

  UPS’s weird strategy of making it difficult to deliver your package & then charge you for a change in delivery time is a golden opportunity for FedEx to crush them.

  @ChrisValence @LASHYBILLS As someone who drove for a company that didn't give a ****, he probably did report the tags as out of date, but instead of taking the vehicle out of service, they just ordered him to go out with it anyway. That's what my bosses at FedEx made me do.

  @FedEx What is the point of providing a morning delivery window for an important overnight delivery when the package doesn't arrive, the window is pushed to 8pm. No explanation.
