  @SamsungSupport I did contact FedEx @FedExHelp and they said to tell Samsung to change the label to another service. It’s too dangerous to bring a 53’ truck to a residential area. Why can’t Samsung have AGS who delivered the TV to pick it back up?

  After 1/2hr phone call w/ sender (who kept me on while he called @FedExHelp), NO CHANGE. Still going on the truck tomorrow, will pretend to attempt delivery again. But they'll hold it after that. So instead of 1-day delivery that @Asurion paid for, @Fedex offers 4-day pickup. ~🦋

  If @FedEx doesn’t deliver to post office boxes, why does its software allow shippers to choose FedEx as a shipping option for a PO Box addressee? And if @Walmart allows shoppers to add delivery instructions, why do they not follow them? What’s the point?
