At least when there is problem with UPS & FEDEX you can speak to a live agent and 100% of the time problem is resolved Please Help!!!

Best fixes: - Use the FedEx app/site with your tracking # to add/update delivery notes (include apt # clearly). - Chat/phone support (1-800-463-3339) and request a redirect/hold at a local FedEx Office or station. - If it's already out for delivery, flag it for reattempt with correct address.
