Placing a package outside is not delivering, even the Sunday @nytimes gets stolen from outside the houses.

At least when there is problem with UPS & FEDEX you can speak to a live agent and 100% of the time problem is resolved Please Help!!!

The guy behind the counter says he needs my ID in order to send the package. I told him I don’t have my drivers license on me physically but I have my real ID on my phone. He says that won’t work. “I have to be able to hold the physical card in my hand,” he says. So… I went down the street to UPS and sent the package without any issues at all. They didn’t even ask me for ID. Just my phone number. Why does FedEx want to make it so difficult to do business with them?

Maria 🟧 (@AskApsychNurse) reported@FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.
