If FedEx can't deliver big packages or any packages downstairs, they should inform people of that before they deliver a package.

It moved a few times from “In Transit” to “”Out for delivery” back to “In Transit”. When it finally was delivered the outside packaging had been opened. The hobby box was opened and cards were thrown back in loose.

This box was due to arrive on Saturday- I even tweeted that and then all of a sudden it went back to Pending Delivery Status - and now we know why.

I have Security video showing he never came and FedEx says too bad we have a signature call the Seller B&C camera who says call FedEx!! Worst shipper EVER use Don't trust them. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help.
