    @FedEx when you say a package will be delivered on a certain date it is your duty to get the package delivered on that date. It is completely irresponsible to change the delivery date on the day it is to be delivered. Your #CustomerService only says "Sorry" @amazon is winning!

    Sure @FedEx, the building was closed when you tried to deliver...I mean, the @amazon delivery person was actually making a delivery at the exact time you pretended to try, but sure. I believe you.

    @FedEx 's tracking system sucks dog butt. Every tracking number I get from them always pulls up as "Not Found". They are the only ones with this problem. Literally, the only ones. Everytime. Don't bother replying FedEx, as long as my package gets there...🙄

    Hey @FedEx you might want to instruct your customer service better than, "Sir, we dont deliver to people, we only deliver to houses." And if a signature is required, "I'm sorry, the sender did not put a name on the lable, so we cant give it to anyone."

    @FedEx , when I payed 2day delivery, I expect 2day delivery. My package was suppose be delivered today but the driver couldn’t do it because of road work. I guess you don’t have GPS in your vehicles or driver doesn’t know how to follow detour signs. SMH!!

    ordered some shorts online yesterday and accidentally got the wrong size for one pair. i replied to the confirmation email one minute after they sent it and customer service replied and said my order had already been picked up by FedEx TEN MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED IT

    Y’all. FedEx straight up delivered our WEEKLY food delivery, that we have been getting every Monday for almost a year, TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX. The addresses were not even close to similar AND it was the wrong number apartment at the wrong complex. Smh

    On everything @UPS is garbage. I ordered my MPC Sample on 4/7. My **** still hasn’t even reached the Atlanta hub and ***** it’s 4/13. I can get faster delivery from ****** China via @FedEx. Like wtf are yall doing?

    @DOGE @RepTimBurchett please DOGE these fools! Start with the idiot contracts to do the last mile deliveries for UPS and FedEx. USPS literally gets pennies out of the shipping cost on pallets and pallets of boxes at every location everyday. It is the stupidest contracts ever!
