Got overnight shipping and your driver failed both his attempts in less than one minute apart to a open business with live bodies in in 12 hours a day. I try to get my package by the end of the day and you refuse. Now I have to go in person Friday.

Cust. Service rep said delivery would be reattempted by 8pm. 3. Called to confirm, was reassured it would arrive by 8pm. It’s 8:20pm and nothing.

Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
