Less than 3 weeks ago they told me it was noted for my account to come down the driveway to make delivery. Again they leave the package by the road, getting soggy in the rain. We’ve been complaining since 2017!

Unfortunately typical around here and of course, FedEx customer service is as useless as ever when dealing with these idiots that work at that location.
