    hands down, fedex is the worst delivery service. how you gonna tell me my package that was supposed to get delivered today from one state away is going to take another five plus days now, all with no updates on it’s location other than “in transit”

    @BigRedGuy74 @maki001s @benshapiro Also, you probably are unaware of this, and I’m sure it’s a problem that can be overcome, but my nearest UPS place is almost an hour away. The closest Fed Ex facility is about 45 minutes. Now if someone sends something by FedEx with an envelope, they WILL come to my house, but...

    @TELUSsupport My smart wifi hub that was sent out to replace my existing modem after I've upgraded to the gigabit service was sent using incomplete address information and Fedex is saying only Telus can change it. Quite disappointed in the Home internet upgrade process.

    UPS’s weird strategy of making it difficult to deliver your package & then charge you for a change in delivery time is a golden opportunity for FedEx to crush them.

    Anyone else notice how @Fedex package delivery reliability has gone waaaay downhill? It used to be I could pretty much count on on-time delivery 99.9% of the time. Now, it’s about 45-50% of the time. What the heck happened??!!

    I ordered a sectional a few days ago w/out reading the fine print. A day before delivery I see that I have to assemble the sectional so I stopped the FedEx guy from taking it off the truck & requested return to shipper. Why did these jerks redeliver the sectional today?

    @WallStreetApes My fedex delivery lady 100% talked on her phone She brought 110 lb flat pack blanket chest ~5ft box carried on left shoulder holding phone in right hand talking loud. Was able to set it down and walked off Never stopped talking

    @FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.

    @FedEx how did the delivery driver just sit on my front porch and not ring the door bell!???? I see it on my ring camera. He needs to return and drop off my package!
