@ZARA_Care hello @FedEx delivery left my package out of the lock box and it was stolen. All the sale items I got are sold out 🥺 I’m beyond disappointed! My 40th bday outfit was in there😩

@FedExHelp @fedex can you explain how you can deliver a letter thousands of miles overnight but can’t bring a package 10 miles to my house in a week? I’ve never had such terrible service.

  • dlayphoto
David Layhausen (@dlayphoto) reported from Silver Spring, Maryland

Well my @FedEx delivery has changed from “On FedEx Vehicle For Delivery” to “Pending”, which means either 1) not being delivered today, or 2) it’s been stolen (which has happened before, inside job and FedEx denied the claim)

@TheMediaLight @FedEx @FedExHelp Its not you (you’re great!), it’s FedEx that’s been the issue for me, as their workers have stolen items shipped to me before and claims were denied.

@HarrisonHSmith The problem is, how does one send a FedEx package to the Info Wars studio? They don't list a physical address because they know what will happen if they do. They have a PO Box, but FedEx doesn't deliver to them. You see how people might think this was staged?

  • KenfrazierB
    kenfrazier.biz (@KenfrazierB) reported

@FedExHelp I wanted to ensure that a valuable item got to where I sent it safely and that it was returned to me safely with the least problems for the return sender. FedEx obviously wants to make that a giant problem and an unobtainable result. New CEO? Same GFYs.

@fedex is the worst. Wasted a whole day today waiting for delivery. They claim to have tried but were never even close. Now asking us to trust them on Monday. Signature required so screwed again. Making the post office look good

I went to FedEx in Los Angeles today to send a package to my brother in Montana. The guy behind the counter says he needs my ID in order to send the package. I told him I don’t have my drivers license on me physically but I have my real ID on my phone. He says that won’t work. “I have to be able to hold the physical card in my hand,” he says. So… I went down the street to UPS and sent the package without any issues at all. They didn’t even ask me for ID. Just my phone number. Why does FedEx want to make it so difficult to do business with them?
