    Lawyers depend on timely delivery of documents. @FedEx texted me the docs would be here by 10:30A. Waited all day. Then they LIED and said no one was available when they attempted delivery. They NEVER came to the door. Didn’t leave a hang tag. UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR SERVICE!

    Really wish @Apple would give us the choice of @Fedex via @UPS. @UPS is just terrible. Third year iPhone delivery is messed up. Next year I’ll just do store pick up.

    @FedEx - you lost package, customer service can’t explain why they can’t refund my charge almost a month later on a priority overnight. 6 calls later over 20+ days & no resolution. Please stand and help

    @CapitalsDist Oh, totally. We aren’t strictly doing non-contact deliveries. We ship our e-commerce orders FedEx, but if one of my partners or I am going past someone’s house anyway for other deliveries or on the way home we’re just calling them & offering to drop off. It’s a strange new world.

    Not only did #FedEx fail, but @FedExHelp tried to make excuses for them! Unacceptable! TRY.TELLING.THE.TRUTH. No delivery attempt was made. You charged for a service that wasn’t performed. #ripoff

    @ldesoer1 Unfortunately, it's two completely different services and costs to us. Delivery is brand new and our team members actually deliver it to you based on a short radius around our store, the other (shipping) is where we have FedEx bring it to you.

    @scfm69_2 @FedExHelp That’s essentially the issue. I ordered something & returned it to the merchant seeking a refund in late October. Noticed that I never received it and found out they won’t process the return until I verify tracking info. I lost the receipt. FedEx can’t reprint… so I lost $ 2 Xs

    FedEx express delivery is way better than UPS’ express delivery. FedEx gets overnight and even 2 day deliveries to you by like 10am most times. **** I ordered got here at 9:45am 💀

    @FedExHelp A FedEx Priority Overnight envelope was dropped off at Parcel Plus in Rehobeth Beach DE on Saturday 2/20/21 with an expected delivery in Olney, MD on 2/22. Tracking has the envelope in Salisbury MD and nothing afterwards. It's like in a black hole. HELP!!!

    @HarrisonHSmith The problem is, how does one send a FedEx package to the Info Wars studio? They don't list a physical address because they know what will happen if they do. They have a PO Box, but FedEx doesn't deliver to them. You see how people might think this was staged?

    @FedExHelp I wanted to ensure that a valuable item got to where I sent it safely and that it was returned to me safely with the least problems for the return sender. FedEx obviously wants to make that a giant problem and an unobtainable result. New CEO? Same GFYs.

    @fedex is the worst. Wasted a whole day today waiting for delivery. They claim to have tried but were never even close. Now asking us to trust them on Monday. Signature required so screwed again. Making the post office look good

    I went to FedEx in Los Angeles today to send a package to my brother in Montana. The guy behind the counter says he needs my ID in order to send the package. I told him I don’t have my drivers license on me physically but I have my real ID on my phone. He says that won’t work. “I have to be able to hold the physical card in my hand,” he says. So… I went down the street to UPS and sent the package without any issues at all. They didn’t even ask me for ID. Just my phone number. Why does FedEx want to make it so difficult to do business with them?
