It’s a mess. Part of his job is to find and sort what he’s to deliver. Our package delivery system was at capacity during COVID. It’s now far past that.

Laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. I offered to share the video with FedEx, but no one is interested.

I've called customer service twice & both times they told me it would come that day. Nothing. Give me my money back.

Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?

Provides "delivery photo" of unknown brown brick commercial building with iron fence. NOT MY RESIDENCE. FEDEX & ITS AI SUCKS!! Fix FEDEX!
