I told the woman today to not apologize on behalf of FedEx because that’s what they say all the time, & she started to laugh. She almost said it a few times, I caught her & she laughed.

They ship using @UPS & they have no problem delivering to my condo unlike @FedEx who have all kinds of problems. UPS can you please teach FedEx how to delivery packages? They need major help!
