    @FedEx is the worst, 3 days package scheduled to be delivered COB today. At 6:15 I get text attempted delivery but no one available. Interesting. I was shooting hoops in my driveway. Call and they say it wasn’t even attempted. Still at the warehouse for delivery tomorrow.

    @FedEx y’all marked my package as delivered and it wasn’t. I called customer service and they “put a tracker on it.” I haven’t heard anything. WHERE 👏 IS 👏 MY 👏 PACKAGE?!

    I want to shoutout @FedEx for explaining why my package was out for delivery & then couldn’t be delivered today & customer service lady I spoke to explained exactly what was going on & reassured me that it would be redelivered as soon as possible & now will be delivered tomorrow

    . @FedEx you have let me down! My Paczki from Detroit we’re guaranteed to arrive at 10:30 today. 11:12 and no paczki. I am 106 in line for chat to an agent. No help from the facility that it was shipped from either. I am missing work due to this delay.

    @FedEx If my customer sent their shipment to the wrong address…is it possible to call on their behalf to reroute their package or does my customer have to be the one to contact your customer service team since they are the sender of that shipment?

    I ordered a sectional a few days ago w/out reading the fine print. A day before delivery I see that I have to assemble the sectional so I stopped the FedEx guy from taking it off the truck & requested return to shipper. Why did these jerks redeliver the sectional today?

    If you call @FedEx, @FedExHelp, and ask to speak to a customer service agent, their automated machine hangs up on you. Great customer service, @FedEx!
