    I hate when companies use @FedEx to ship. I know I’m never going to get my package on time, especially if it’s on a Friday. Their drivers lie and say that they attempted a delivery and they did not. Now I have to wait until Monday even though I paid extra to get it here today.

    Hey great job @FedEx lost another three packages this year (8 last). Less than last year because I don't purchase from vendors that I know utilize your terrible service. @UPS please buy them and put them out of their misery. #deliveredbutnotdelivered

    Googled FedEx’s exact meaning of scheduled delivery by the end of the day.. & 8pm is the cut off time lol so I still have some time wait I guess

    It appears that @misfitsmarket should consider using a delivery service other than @FedEx bc my last two orders have been late. Mind you, this is FRESH produce.

    @orangetheory please please please consider using a different provider other that @FedEx!! I’d rather you send my orders via carrier pigeon. Their drivers can’t be bothered to get out of the truck to make deliveries so they mark them as undeliverable.

    And @USPS wonders why they are losing to @amazon and @FedEx ... it’s because your office locations aren’t open when they’re supposed to be. Now 20 minutes later your representatives come out and say they can’t mail packages this morning... only service offered is pick-ups 🤬

    OMG!!! FedEx is the worst!!! Two weeks, 2 deliveries, 2 major problems with getting my package! I was on the phone for 20 mins just trying to hold the package for me to pick up! FedEx: When absolutely, positively don’t give a sh*t when or if you’ll get your package!

    @JeffreeStar I have a ring doorbell and have literally captured USPS, FedEx, and UPS employees, on video, dropping my shit on my porch. If you have damaged goods, discreetly reach out to customer service... stop trying to start shit on social media!

    @kchanidol I've had this same exact issue with @FedExHelp . The driver took a photo of the front of the building without even getting out of the truck. Laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. I offered to share the video with FedEx, but no one is interested.

    First and LAST time ever using @FedEx . Dropped off a package and they are telling me they have no idea where it is. $600 item gone, and im being told the most I can get back is maybe $100. Absolute joke!! What a horrible service! Never again!! Avoid using them!!

    Hello @FedEx @FedExHelp This is now the third time in as many weeks that my order was opened prior to delivery and products were again removed. package was the taped back shut with clear tape, again access was from the bottom of the package. THREE TIMES!! PLEASE CONTACT ME!

    Anyone else notice how @Fedex package delivery reliability has gone waaaay downhill? It used to be I could pretty much count on on-time delivery 99.9% of the time. Now, it’s about 45-50% of the time. What the heck happened??!!

    @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
