  @ShawnBo Forreal!!! My most recent order was supposed to be delivered Saturday then said “our for delivery” Friday. Then Saturday said “alert: awaiting on delivery scan” and came yesterday. So ****** weird. I’ve decided these delivery services hate me lol. FedEx STAYS ****** with me.

  @Nike please consider using reputable shipping vendors i.e: @FedEx @UPS anyone but Lashership. They've had my order since Nov 25. The package been in Georgia since Dec 2.I live in Georgia and still no delivery and it's Dec 16.

  @FedExPolicy I have a huge problem with how FedEx has drop the bomb package. 1. I received a email stating delivery Jan 3rd and after 9pm I contacted Fedeasked why my package wasn't delivered. Then I updated my address on both said they did. Yet today my address was still wrong.

  Just got a FedEx package delivered to my daughter's house and it is the wrong address Now, I could easily just keep it or call FedEx to pick up and redeliver, but not trying to get the driver in trouble. It's a nice day, so going to walk it to the right door. #tistheseason

  FedEx isn’t consistent with their deliveries at all. I left the house for a few mins yesterday and passed the delivery driver as I was coming in—not knowing he attempted a delivery. So now I have to go pick up my package.

  I’ve called y’all & each time I was told it was to be delivered that day.... the original delivery date was 2 weeks ago. It’s been at a shipping facility 20 minutes from my house. They told me I couldn’t come pick it up. @FedEx @FedExHelp

  @kchanidol I've had this same exact issue with @FedExHelp . The driver took a photo of the front of the building without even getting out of the truck. Laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. I offered to share the video with FedEx, but no one is interested.

  First and LAST time ever using @FedEx . Dropped off a package and they are telling me they have no idea where it is. $600 item gone, and im being told the most I can get back is maybe $100. Absolute joke!! What a horrible service! Never again!! Avoid using them!!

  Hello @FedEx @FedExHelp This is now the third time in as many weeks that my order was opened prior to delivery and products were again removed. package was the taped back shut with clear tape, again access was from the bottom of the package. THREE TIMES!! PLEASE CONTACT ME!

  Anyone else notice how @Fedex package delivery reliability has gone waaaay downhill? It used to be I could pretty much count on on-time delivery 99.9% of the time. Now, it’s about 45-50% of the time. What the heck happened??!!

  @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
