    fedex just loves keeping my package and telling me my delivery date is pending 🤡 i thought if i had it go to a pick up location it wouldn’t be this difficult but alas, my delivery date has been pending for a week 🥴

    @AmazonHelp FedEx. I’ve already started the refund process, and will bring the item to my local UPS store. But I wanted to make sure that the shipping fees were also refunded, as the item did not arrive expedited, nor to my residence. Though this has happened 2x, I normally have no problems

    @fedex sucks!!! The customer service is nonexistent!! They hang up on customers after being on hold several hours. They STOLE my package & refuse to take accountability by for it!!

    @HometeamBleak @FedEx @FedExHelp Just contest the charge on your credit card. They're not guaranteeing delivery times since the pandemic hit even if you pay for it.

    nvm they tried to deliver it even though i called support and said i wouldn’t be there and they said they made a note and changed the delivery so then it would arrive when im home bc it needs a signature BUT I GUESS NOTTTTT :D LETS GOOOOO WE LOVE FEDEX 💀

    @ChrisValence @LASHYBILLS As someone who drove for a company that didn't give a ****, he probably did report the tags as out of date, but instead of taking the vehicle out of service, they just ordered him to go out with it anyway. That's what my bosses at FedEx made me do.

    I was not properly informed in advance about these charges, yet I am the one being burdened with repeated notices. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far below the professional service I expected from FedEx.

    @GovernorVA Tax on delivery (uber, DoorDash, ups, FedEx. Tax on higher earners who will now leave Va, utilities tax, gym tax, landscape tax, etc. you are either telling untruth or unaware of what your signing

    @FedExHelp is there a reason why every time a FedEx scheduled delivery date is never met. I had two packages scheduled for delivery today but neither was deliver today. It happens with FedEx al the time. UPS always delivers when scheduled.
