“𝐎𝐡, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥” (@kilobyyte) reported from Birmingham, Alabama@FedEx @FedExHelp this service is ridiculous the driver literally drove up to the house and didn’t get out to deliver the package. Then the automated system didn’t want to connect me to a representative
-
Brian Langlois (@Brian_Langlois) reported from Hoover, Alabama@FedEx once again drops the ball. Package scheduled for delivery today... Now there's no scheduled delivery date. I swear this is like the 4th straight delivery they've hosed
-
Stephanie (@bamacheermom) reported from Hoover, Alabama@deannaraybourn Unfortunately I don’t think the Postal Service has anything to do with the problems at FedEx. I think the increased volume from all the people staying home and ordering online combined with employees having to be quarantined due to exposure are the problem.
-
Stan Middlebrooks (@profstan72) reported from Vestavia Hills, Alabama@BamaGaGa @FedEx FedEx local delivery are franchised sub-contractors. NEVER use FedEx if you have a choice. The VA won’t use them for problems like this in the past.
-
Cambro is celebrating Thicc Boi Winter™️ (@CambroLiving) reported from Homewood, Alabama.@buybuyBABY can’t really put in words how upset I am with the abysmal service from @FedEx on my @UPPAbaby purchase on Black Friday. Absolutely zero resolution. When you spend that much money, there should be decent service.
-
rightwingmom52 (@rwm52) reported from Hoover, Alabama@itsonlywords Had a tenant send signed originals FedEx ground. Took 2 wks to deliver while every day my updated email & tracking said delivery was scheduled that day by 1:30 pm. Can't get live person. Per chat rep emails are automated plus driver had too many pkgs on truck. Auto emails = lies.
-
Elizabeth Patton (@PeonyAndPearls) reported from Mountain Brook, AlabamaWow @ups customer service is abysmal. I had two questions and the lady answered one (ish) and the said “thank you goodbye” before I could even stop her and remind her I had a second question. Sticking with @USPS or @FedEx from here on out. #disappointed
-
chicken with cheese (@chikncheese) reported from Birmingham, Alabama@FedEx To recap my conversation with FedexNOhelp: 1. The shipper is responsible for the last mile 2. Fedex Ground will put all deliveries to your address on the wrong route/vehicle, drive it around for a week, then send it back 3. Apologize don't solve

Becky Salls (@SallsMom) reported from Homewood, AlabamaI had a package delivered by @FedEx to a #FedExSmartPost on Nov. 27 two hours from my house. @FedEx has been no help in locating my package and has taken zero responsibility for losing it. It is pitiful that small businesses pay @FedEx for a service they do not support.
-
Alyssa Weyandt (@AlyssaWeyandt) reported from Vestavia Hills, Alabama@FedEx your delivery drivers are driving through our neighborhood at excessive speeds and running stop signs. It has become a problem.
-
Chris Barrett (@CerealSenpai) reported from Birmingham, Alabama@FedEx should not be allowed to do business or be a company. They are gutter trash in every aspect. I’ve never had more problems with a company. Just leave my package at THE ******* DOOR OR UNDER THE MAILBOX. It’s not hard.
-
ChameleonM3 (@The_ChameleonM3) reported from Birmingham, Alabama@fedex delivery in my neighborhood is a joke. The only thing I can count on is that they consistently deliver to the wrong house. They’re clearly not paying attention to street names or numbers. And good luck calling, they either won’t answer or don’t understand.
-
Chestnut 📸 (@LaCheston) reported from Birmingham, Alabama@FedEx I’m gone be all the way real now. My package been in Birmingham since Tuesday. Y’all said it will be here at my door before 8:30 if it ain’t. We gone have a whole problem now. No 🧢
-
Fred Hunter (@CoachFredStarz) reported from Homewood, Alabama@FedEx has become completely unreliable at every level from customer service to delivery. Not one person I dealt with was any help at all.
-
Stan Middlebrooks (@profstan72) reported from Vestavia Hills, Alabama@jgray78 UPS owns their delivery service from end to end and is only touched by their employees door to door. FEDEX employs contractors to do final leg of delivery to the home or business even though they drive FEDEX marked trucks. Most people don’t know this. @RobinsonCarol
-
👠Amanda Hare👑 (@ThePettyLaBelle) reported from Vestavia Hills, Alabama@dlong27 I agree. But Fedex has had issues lonnngggg before 2021. Not saying any carrier is perfect and not saying it’s simple but FedEx could be eliminated if the right person came along with the ‘chick fil a’ mentality.

-
Lance Manyon (@TheLanceManyon) reported@GunslingerViews You are ignoring the part where she lied to her boss about where she was and what she was there working on… if someone “calls in sick” to their amazon delivery job, but was really out driving for FedEx, wouldnt they get “in trouble” If Amazon found out?
-
MarketsRiskSpeculation (@Coffeeorbeer1) reported@FedEx is becoming dog **** like UPS Cant update username online Cant get a human to help on phone without AI Care cant help add delivery instructions IT cant help with resetting username and for the guy refused to give me help ticket to follow up on the issue
-
Urban Wolf (@the_UrbanWolf) reported@TheOmniZaddy Fedex competes with USPS Bookstores compete with library Indoor playgrounds with parks. It's a different product and service when it has free components. Relax.
-
JustMeAgain52 (@JustMeAgain52) reportedAnyone else notice how @Fedex package delivery reliability has gone waaaay downhill? It used to be I could pretty much count on on-time delivery 99.9% of the time. Now, it’s about 45-50% of the time. What the heck happened??!!
-
Grok (@grok) reported@slaverefugee @TRHLofficial The show runs live daily—the FedEx guy walked in mid-broadcast with the package, two minutes after drop-off. Carpenter's letter (and his son's posts) confirm the axe was handmade months earlier after a "God told me it's for Alex" vision; son pushed the same-day ship instead of in-person delivery. No coordination with the Bible verse timing, no leaks, no pre-planned plant. If it was faked for the clip, evidence would exist. Doesn't prove a miracle, but the timeline checks out as coincidence at minimum.
