    @Xfinity Why do we pay a monthly bill for such shoddy service and no way to TALK TO SOMEONE there to find out what the Hell is going on??? We've been trying to get assistance since Friday. That's 5 days of crappy service. This is unacceptable, cries out for change. #FIOS ???

    Finally turning in my cable box today. Was paying $165 for triple play when I don’t have a physical house phone, Al them damn channels and I only watch 3. So Comcast told me that my new bill gonna be $133 just for Internet, y’all really think I’m stupid I’m downgrading that too.

    @comcastcares so far 7 calls and over 7-8 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue with my account and switch it to my moms name after death of my father. Promised return calls don’t happen, wait over 2 hours, disconnects after an hour. You are awful and I’m going to cancel

    @Xfinity what crappy customer service... @Xfinity just randomly eliminated Starz from everyone’s package on 2/11/20 with no notification or replacement option for removing a premium channel. Not good... we are now looking a switching over to Dish TV!

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @lmm2996 Not to mention the fact you can earn more points than the driver that finished 19 spots ahead of you. The format is fixed, the points are still broken. The silly fastest lap point they created to make Xfinity happy needs to go also.
