    @Xfinity I wait 1.5 hours for a call back. Start the call to resolve a problem I have had for months. Call drops. No call back from your rep? Why not? I call back to find out I would need to wait another 1.5 hours. #badcustomerservice

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)
