    @NBCPhiladelphia @Xfinity so xfinity you can keep your appointment to come turn off my service and i cancelled the payment i didn’t are for the 21st because i’m at that level of poor that i don’t care what it does to my credit at this point.

    @comcastcares hi folks, another day w no service, substantial problem when working from home so much. Outage that was to resolved 8 am now say 8 pm. Verizon friends no problems again. Why?

    @verizonfios customer Service and sales dept is in the business of telling lies. Really really disappointed in the service that I’m receiving and think it’s time to head back to Comcast

    @Xfinity @comcastcares I haven’t had cable or internet in 2 days. Bout to miss a 2nd day of work from home. Your customer service system is no help at all. Terrible customer experience.

    @Xfinity Nope...for the last 2 months we’ve been plagued with the internet just going out, it comes back in a relatively short period of time, but it happens all the time. I’ve called multiple times, got a new modem, workers have come out...and it’s never fixed.

    REAL Xfinity customer service Me- “I have had the internet for about 3 weeks with you” Xfinity CS- "Well it says here you’re 7 days off from a month so you’ve almost had it a month now Mr Jones” "A MONTH HAS 4 WEEKS I TOLD I HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS"

    @Xfinity you guys have someone named Gil who truly needs a lesson in customer service. Sadly I closed my internet prior to completing the survey but you should know that he doesn’t listen to cust needs & when the pricing didn’t work he basically told me I wasted his time.

    I get safety protocols were broken and maybe a slapped wrist is in order, but 3 weeks unpaid is way harsh, @verizon I’ve been a @verizonfios customer since 1997. Looks like it’s time to switch to @comcast @Xfinity

    My internet connection is down again! @comcast and @Xfinity can’t seem to get their **** together. 2 months now of constant issues, calls, tech support and more with no difference. Can’t wait for the contract to end so I can switch.

    @Xfinity I really wish I could get one of your "engineers" to call me. Customer service has nearly zero idea what they are talking about. I pay $120 a month for a 1gbps cable line and I've uploaded 30 days of pingplotter to show you guys what's wrong, yet I get no response.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    I was chatting with xfinity services and got the idea afterwards: What if the same people have a side hustle of scamming people? Considering how many companies use other countries for their live chat/support calls. I'm curious, what do you think?
