    @XfinitySupport is there anyway i can actually talk to someone about my account? tried calling, the automated operator refuses to patch me to a representative and makes me go to the xfinity assistant which is of no help to me in my circumstance.

    @fishtoyman1 You go down there Stu, you see what's going on. Comcast sees a more than half empty arena. They have been made well aware of the serious issues that need fixing. Will they be able to fix them ? I don't know, but for the first time in a while, I truly believe they will really try

    @catonahill It will probably resolve itself, they know they have an issue Wouldn't it be great if Comcast could proactively text/email its customers and let them know there's an outage, proactively Would create less heartache, because people wouldn't bombard them with questions

    @crazylady44 @JoanieP913 Danny is only an assistant GM, not an owner It starts with ownership setting standards top to bottom that are expected to be met. A mindset put forth that trickles down the organization with every hire in every department. I'm convinced they have no chance until Comcast sells

    @verizonfios is ridiculous! They do everything they can for new customers, but if you’re an existing customer, forget it! It’s also cheaper to cancel your service and restart it! @verizonfios sucks. I guess I’ll look into @Xfinity

    @XfinitySupport I unplugged the Xfinity gateway and it has cleared the pexelation. Why would the gateway effect reception? We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?

    Xfinity was tripping that monthly bill was 200 plus so when we saw $7.99 a mth we got hustled. It never made Xfinity drop their price even a little bit.😩😩😩

    @Barbecuecolonge @JoshuaTookes I don’t think a Comcast-WB merger would work since Comcast would treat WB and Discovery’s legacy IPS (Looney Tunes, Doki, Hanna-Barbera) like garbage like they did to Woody Woodpecker and Curious George, in favor of focusing on content from DreamWorks and Illumination.
