    After many years of being a @verizonfios @verizon customer I didn't imagine the only time I had to request for a line repair is when I am going to find out first hand that they are in fact horrible and at the same time how inferior they are compared to Comcast!

    Hey @comcastcares @comcast you told us we could disconnect service, hold onto the box/etc, and reconnect in a few months when we move back in (pandemic/health/etc.) Whats with the $300 bill for “unreturned equipment” ????? Way to profiteer off the pandemic.

    @Xfinity why is it so hard to talk to and actual person on the phone, I’m not a customer but there are old loose Comcast wires I need removed from the side of my home. It’s down in the street and my driveway hopefully a actual person will see this and respond.

    @VerizonSupport Forget it. Reaching out to you is useless. I reported it out of concern but you didn't care if it gets worse. Now I have no service which shouldn't have happened if you acted quickly like what Comcast did in the same exact situation. @verizon 's lack of action is unacceptable.

    @VZWSupport @hansvestberg @Nancybclark @verizon @comcast Worst customer service experience ever. I cannot think of another company that bungled something worse than @verizon. The only thing that comes close is an airline. Concrapulations.

    @FerventGeek @pshore73 I'm glad we have Comcast/FiOS duolopy in NJ, and relatively stable power and internet. I'm also thankful that unifi will let me throw more money than time at the problem if I ever need to do what Patrick does

    Xfinity truly needs to work on their network **** just be giving up during the wildest moments. I just missed that FG attempt but that **** was crystal clear leading up to it

    As for Apple Tv, the app...seems like now it is getting to where Apple intended. I don't have much to say but that I don't think it's going to help me much given that I use Comcast and that's not supported. But once again, who knows...have to wait for the release.

    @aagave Also possible that the service is ultimately going to be part of VZ’s broadband replacement service…and their view is that having a video bundle is important in winning customers from Comcast.

    @VerizonSupport Hey @comcast @comcastbusiness I spend approximately $500 a month for my residential and business service. My business is yours if you can get over here today and get my internet phones and television working. Verizon can't do it so it would be great if you could.

    @Xfinity nice to know that if you don't like your customer response you turn off their wifi in the middle of a workday. My wifi is turned off right after I talk with you. Interesting weird stuff going on at xfinity. You will pay for this. I've decided to use another service

    @lehkycharm I get it, but ESPN sucks. I pay for NHL Center ice on Xfinity and get ESPN ultimate from Verizon. I'm paying out the *** for all that btw.

    Xfinity was tripping that monthly bill was 200 plus so when we saw $7.99 a mth we got hustled. It never made Xfinity drop their price even a little bit.😩😩😩

    @kam6820 @mheeqey_money @XFreeze They offer different packages, take a look on their website. I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

    @tpink27 @DamnItdale88 It ain’t the wear that’s my problem like I said I just think it’s ridiculous you see the 5 on 2 better tires and 12 on 4 absolutely fly by 4 cars then can’t do nothing at all with the leader. I’d just like to see it get closer to Xfinity where leader doesn’t have a insane advantage
