    @AndruEdwards Oh damn, I didn’t know you were in Seattle as well. We’re on Cap Hill w Xfinity - gig down, 3.5 up. Super spotty and you can feel it take a hit every day when people get home. $120/mo. Had Ziply up in Lynnwood, gig up/down, no meter, $40/mo!

    I’ve also been told that only ISPs who also own studios (so Comcast) are allowed to comment. Not anyone else. This is truly, truly terrible. Imagine the horror of ContentID but passed all over the web at an ISP level. No VPN will save you here. Just totally terrible.

    Day 2 of connectivity problems with @comcast. We have a contract - I pay your company, you provide mine with internet so I can take payments, file my taxes, book appointments. I'm losing money die to your non-performance, Comcast.

    Can't trust a word @Xfinity says. Everytime I get a resolution it lasts maybe a month or so then I get the letter "the rep ****** up, so we're reversing everything and now you owe us even more money than before"

    I got a $50 prepaid debit card in the mail from Xfinity as a reimbursement for returning their equipment when we moved that I CANT SPEND ANYWHERE BECAUSE NOBODY WILL ACCEPT IT FOR SOME STUPID REASON

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.
