    @CenturyLink is now making @Comcast look great. @centurylink customer service and reliability stink. 45 minutes on hold. Told that unless 90% of the area lacks service it’s not an outage.

    Comcast not having CBS today just can’t be good business. Why would you give your customers a reason to have to go elsewhere on a major sporting event day? How many leave and never come back?

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a β€œmake a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    @Xfinity DON'T EXPECT TO GET ANYONE QUALIFIED ON THE PHONE OR IN THE STORE TO HANDLE THE ISSUE OF THEIR EMAIL **** UPS. NO COMPETENT PERSON IS ACCESSIBLE AT CONCAST & THEY DON'T GIVE A **** WHETHER I GET MY PERSONAL CORRESPONDENCE, THOUSANDS OF EMAILS & DOCUMENTS.
